Architecture of National Protection
Shield of Nation is a research and visual series that explores the state as a living system of national protection.
It approaches the nation not merely as a territory or political structure, but as a multilayered ecosystem of interdependent roles and functions. Each contributes to the conditions necessary for collective survival, resilience, continuity, and development.
The series is built around the concept of axioms: fundamental principles expressed through concrete roles, responsibilities, and forms of action within the national system.
Each axiom is more than an abstraction — it represents a function within the system.
Each role carries responsibility.
Each responsibility becomes an element of the shield.
Through the interplay of analytical text, symbolism, and visual narratives, Shield of Nation develops a unified language for understanding national protection as an integrated system — one in which security, life, knowledge, health, solidarity, culture, memory, dignity, and meaning are interconnected dimensions of collective existence.
