Process as Provenance

Process Diary is a series documenting not the result, but the formation of the system itself.

This is not a diary in the conventional sense.
It operates as a tool for recording decisions, shifts, and operational logic.

Each entry:

records the emergence of an idea or problem
reflects the process of its interpretation
documents the decision taken
preserves a trace for future analysis

Purpose of the series:

creation of continuous provenance
real-time documentation of system evolution
preservation of context typically lost

Within this series, completion is not the priority.
Continuity and irreversibility of record are.

Errors, doubts, and directional shifts are not removed.
They are part of the structure and evidence of its reality.

Each entry functions as:

a point of entry into the process
a marker of system state
an element of long-term value
