⊞ Site Completion Matrix#
The Site Completion Matrix is a working dashboard used to monitor the state of content across Pivtorak.Studio.
Its purpose is not to replace the editorial workflow, but to provide a clear overview of which materials have already reached the desired level of completion and which still require attention.
The Matrix combines information collected automatically from Front Matter with manual review processes performed during publication and maintenance.
The current version tracks four areas:
Date#
The publication date of the page.
Title#
The title of the page in the current language version.
SEO#
The page has the essential elements required for long-term visibility and discoverability:
- image;
- alt text;
- canonical URL;
- JSON-LD (Schema.org);
- Timeline integration.
Distribution#
The page has been prepared for publication or distribution through external platforms:
- Instagram;
- Facebook;
- Threads;
- Pinterest;
- LinkedIn;
- X;
- YouTube;
- TikTok.
Search#
The current indexing status of the page.
Legend:#
- ⚪ Not started
- 🟡 In progress
- 🟢 Complete
In addition to these indicators, the system automatically gathers metadata from Front Matter, including identifiers, language versions, series information, publication dates, completion status, and featured content markers.
The Matrix is part of The Movement Matrix initiative and serves as an evolving tool for maintaining a multilingual knowledge archive over time.
Alt-text:
